Many of our houses are splendid for the winter season and can be let monthly for a special rate from Nov. until March (some until April).
For your notice: Most houses have SAT-TV Astra, but only german channels, only 2 news channels in english (CNBC, CNN). water sports and golf sport: Description under "Costa Blanca" at the left.

| To choose your holiday home |

Choose your town and an index page with short description of the houses will come up. Here you choose a house and click on either the photo or the house name. Each house has an own page with many photos and detailed description. For every house you can check the occupancy, to see if is still available. Of course you can print all the information too. To open the next page of the same town, go to the bottom of the page and click on "11-20". |
| Occupancy / Arrival and Departure |

To make it easier for you, we have set up occupancy plans for each house in calender days. You will find the occupancy on the bottom of each housepage, or at the house lists. On the day of arrival the holiday home is available for you at 5 p.m. - up to 8 p.m. On the day of departure you have to move out between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (to schedule on location). If you are in a hurry you can ask us for the actual status for each house.
Since booking requests can cross each
other, please wait for our confirmation, if your house is
