This comfortable house is situated at the beginning of Calpe in a charming residential area with one-family-houses.  You can easily reach the "Levante" sandy beach directly at the Penon de Ifac, with many cafes and restaurants. On the terraces and at the pool you enjoy sun all day long. The covered terrace in front of the living room offers shade and protection from the wind you have your children in the pool in view as well as a pretty view to the massif of the "Penon de Ifach". Above it from the roof terrace you enjoy wide vistas over the coastline of Calpe.  All rooms are on one level on the ground floor. Environment:

Quiet residential area, service road, the property is enclosed and only overlooked from one side. Restaurant and beer bar approx. 700 mtrs within walking distance. The Levante-beach directly at the Penon de Ifac is about 1,5 km distant, this beach has a pretty boardwalk with palm trees, shops, school for scuba diving,  restaurants, bars, cafes; in direction to Benissa/Moraira are several bays, which are ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving; Calpe city is approx. 2,5 km distant, here you will find many large supermarkets, english bakery, a large variety from restaurants to discotheques and Flamenco bars. On Saturdays is the large market in Calpe.
