Description of the house:                          

Casa Romantica lives up to its name. It is situtated on a flat, very nice kept plot on the foothills of the Montgo massif - near the sea. The house is single storey and all rooms are on one level. The furnishing is very comfortable, bright, stylish and satisfies sophisticated holiday requirements. From the living room you enter the large, glazed winter garden, which can be opened wide with sliding doors. From the living room you also reach the pool and the roofed terrace, from where  a spirale staircase is ascending to the roof terrace. There you will enjoy amazing views all over the bay of Valencia and the mountain massif of the Montgo. The pool area and the garden are very private. The owners, who are living in Denia, are welcoming all guests personally and provide cold beverages for you.

Floor space approx. 140 sqm, plot approx. 850 sqm; 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1,60 wd. x 1,90 mtrs. lg. (1 mattress), big wardrobe, sideboard and bath en-suite, 1  with double bed 1,80 wd. x 1,90 mtrs. lg. (2 mattresses ), wardrobe, sideboard, 1 small with sofabed and wardrobe; 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite with shower, toilet and washbasin with floor unit; 1 with shower, toilet and washbasin; american kitchen; living/dining room with upholstery sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs; crystal glazed, large winter garden with wicker furniture: dining table with 6 chairs and sofa, 2 arm chairs with  glas table - in front of the windows are awnings; roofed terrace with garden table and 4 chairs;  pool 5 x10 mtrs., 1,20 mtrs. to 1,90 mtrs. deep, with roman stairs and outside shower with warm water; sunterrace by the pool, chairs and table; roof terrace with wonderful view over the bay of Valencia;  flat garden, paved around the house, with palms, olive trees and flowering bushes; 2 parking spaces on the enclosed plot.

Ceramic hob with 4 rings and oven, dishwasher, large fridge with 3-drawer freezer, coffee-machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine, 3 SAT-TVs Astra/german channels, radio, CD-player, electric grill and BBQ, 4 garden chairs with tables, 4 sun beds.

Air condition in all 3 bedrooms. Electric underfloor heating in all rooms - exept in the winter garden.  

Both bedroom windows with grilles, with anti-mosquito screens and electric shades. Both bathroom windows with grille and anti-mosquito screen. The windows im the livingroom are not with grilles but with safety protection glass.

Miscelleaneous:

Suitable for seniors and children.  5th person possible upon agreement.

No pets allowed.

You can also hire the motorboat of the owner for a special rate: 1 day 320 €, 3  days 840 €, 1 week 1.680 €, plus 40 € for cleaning; with liability insurance excess 1.200 €, which is paid as deposit. From October special rates:  3 days for 700 € and 1 week for 1.100 €.  Motorcycle tours and motorcycle rental can also be arranged.

Environment:

The house is situated in a  service road in a quiet residential area below the national park "Montgo". To the sandy beach between beach promenade and Las Rotas it is about 2 kms; 3 kms distant there is a new and beautiful promendade with sport boats, restaurants and cafés. The restaurant  Galeretes (with tennis court) is just 3 min. by car; from there you reach easily a café with ice cream parlour, restaurant and to the supermarkt Lidl.  In approx. 5 kms distance is the ferry harbour of Denia with fishmarket, restaurants, promenade and mall; a wide and sandy beach extends to both sides. Denia offers you a large variety of restaurants, shops and water sport activities. The castle is iluminated during summer nights.
