Description of the house:     

The total refurbishment of Casa El Sueno (only walls were left) was finished in spring 2007. There are 2 complete, separate flats in the house. The upper, larger flat is on one level with the quiet service road, an outside stairway is leading down to the lower, smaller flat. At the bottom of the house is a fully equppid summer kitchen as well as another terrace with built-in BBQ. Below it is the poolterrace situated. From both flats and from the pool you are enjoying a very pretty seaview. All 4 bedrooms have A/C. Casa El Sueno leaves no wishes open and offers you the optimum holiday comfort and fun.

Floor space lower flat.  approx. 85 sqm; 2 bedrooms: each with twin bed (1 mtr. wd. x 2 mtrs. lg.) and fitted wardrobes; a long hallway with 2 fitted wardobes and many shelves leads to one of the bedrooms; 1 room without window with bedsofa and fitted wardorbe. 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin; living/dining room with upholstery sofa and 2 armchairs, dinig table with 6 chairs and open, american kitchen; roofed, large balcony.

On the bottom floor: summer kitchen with bar in front, washmachine.

Pool 8,50 x 4,50 mtrs., depth approx 1,50 mtrs., with roman stairs and handrail, simple outside shower; paved  sun terrace at pool with palm trees; garden on both sides of the house and around the pool with palm trees and bushes. Another large terrace at the property entrance.

Garage  for 1 car, more cars can park infront of the property on the quiet service road.

All windows with double glazing and mosquito screens. All windows near the ground have grills (only the windows toward the sea, which are higher then 2 mtrs. don't have grills).  All 4 bedrooms have air condition ans awnings at the windows. Complete house with central heating (gas).

Suitable for seniors and children. Slight hillside with stairs.

Except in July and Aug. it is possible to let only the upper flat up to 4 persons. The lower flat will be closed and you are the only ones using the plot and the pool.

Environment:

Quiet residential area in Urb. Maryvilla above the bay Puerto Blanco. Approx. 400 mtr. with entrance over stairs down to the rocky part of the bay; about 1 km to bathing beach, partly pebbly - partly sandy, next to the little sports harbour with 2 restaurants, 2 more restaurants, one with 2 tennis courts, are about 300 and 450 mtrs. distant,  from June to Sept. opens the little supermarket approx. 1,9 kms distant. In Calpe centre (about 2,5 kms)  there are a lot of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, on Saturdays a large market is held with vegetables, flowers and clothing. The two large, sandy beaches of Calpe with a pretty promenade and antique ruins are easy to reach from the main street. The golf course of Altea is within easy reach.
