Description of the house:    

At this exquisite Finca you will enjoy a wonderful vacation. The generousity of the rooms and the garden provides plenty of privacy for 8 persons. The beautiful, well kept garden at the pool/ south side is adjoined by the barbecue terrace with comfortable garden furniture. From the roofed terrace at the entrance of the house you are overlooking the hills of Denia's hinterland. At the sea side/north side streches the large garden with lawn and palm trees, ideal for children to play. The garden then turns into an orange/lemon grove and in autumn/winter you can start your day with freshly squeezed orange juice, during March the orange blossoms will enchant you. The pool has a diving board and is 2,50 mtr. deep there. The furnishing of the house is excellent and comfortable and satisfies high demands. All 4 bedrooms have their own bath.

The 4 bedrooms with bathrooms are situated in the two towers to the right and the left, the towers are connected through the generous living/dining area, kitchen and office.

Environment:

The finca is situated at the Las Marinas road at Denia's coast. The house is built at the rear of the approx. 4.500 sqm property, the southside terraces and the pool are behind the house. Alongside the road is a large garden with lawn, palm trees and orange grove. The pretty residential area, which partly belongs to Denia and partly to Els Poblets, is very attractive throuth the variety of beaches: approx. 80 metres distant from the finca is sandy beach, which becomes pebbly in the water, whereby the water is cristal clear. This beach then becomes pure sandy beach all the way to the other side of Denia; about 500 mtrs. to the left starts a 2 km pebbly beach, afterwards you enjoy a wonderfue dune beach all the way up to Oliva. Ideal for all water sports.  Two golf courses: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella - are 7 to 11 km distant. 1 small supermarket right around the corner, one very large supermarket is approx. 2,5 km distant at the same road; bank with bank teller approx. 1,8 km distant, restaurants of all types you can reach easy per foot; to centre of Els Poblets 3 km, to the harbour with fish market and Old Part of Town of Denia approx. 7 km. Denia offers many restaurants, shops and water sports. In the summer the castle is illuminated in the evenings.
