The house is situated on a hillside with broad stairs made of natural stones and has a beautiful view to the mountain Montgo, the small town of Javea with its bay and surrounding hills. From the roof terrace you are enjoying a 180 degree panoramic view. The garden is set up in terraces and nicely planted. There are 2 separate flats in the house, especially convenient for large families. You are entering the upper flat from the road level. It is the larger flat with balcony and great view, from here you also enter the roof terrace.
A few stairs lead down into the lower flat. The roofed terrace is in front of it. The living/dining area with kitchenette is smaller than in the upper flat. You are looking at the pretty garden. The pool with large sun terrace is situated a few stairs below.

Environment:

From the quiet, green residencial area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Granadella, about 5,5 km und Ambolo in about 4 Min. distance by car;  Cala Portitxol, approx. 4 km and Cala Blanca approx. 5 km, both rocky,  Playa Arenal, sandy about 5,5 km,  The picturesque, jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is scarsly 900 metres distant. The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km distant and easy to reach. There are several tennis courts in Javea; in 1 km perimeter you find about 9 restaurants, only about 450 metres distant is a building with bakery, small supermarket, newspapers, hair dresser, and physio therapy. A  supermarket is approx 800 mtrs. distant. Bank teller about 1 km. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 10 kms distance.
