Description of the house:

The house is situated in a quiet, small road at the nature reserve of the Montgo with an amazing view to the Montgo massif and from the balcony you can see the sea shining. Around the house you have a paved little path and due to the softly terrassed plot the garden is very private. All the rooms are on one level on the ground floor. The living room can be easily heated. The pool is perfect for kids, because it is only from 0,80 mtrs. and 1.30 mtrs. deep.

The plot is not enclosed.

Elecric cooker with 4 rings and oven, fridge/freezer, coffeemachine, washmachine, clotheshorse, SAT-TV with german TV and radio-programs, gasofen with outside ventilation, 1 transportable, electric radiator, 2 sunbeds, 8 garden chairs and 2 tables, 1 sunshade.

All windows with grille, exept in one bedroom, but this window is more than 2 mtrs. high and has shutters. The bath and the citchen windows have mosquito screens.

Miscellaneous:

Ideal for seniors and children from approx. 3 years.  The few stairs alongside the house are without handrails. (from stairs to the garden: 0,50 bis 1 mtrs. deep).  

1 little dog per letting - only in single cases upon agreement; with liability insurance.

Umgebung:

The house is situated in a quite, small road in a residential area, 1,5 km above the hospital and is situated nearby the nature reserve of the Montgo with fantastic views to the mountain, and also sea view. To the sandy beach approx. 5 min. by car; 1 restaurant, 1 pharmacy, 1 ciosk approx. 1 km distant; large supermarket Mercadona, bars, pizzaria etc. approx. 2 kms distant - the large "Monday Market" is also just around the corner from Mercadona. Downtown with pedestrian zone of Denia approx. 3 km.; to the harbour approx. 5 kms. Denia offers you a variety of water sports and has a very nice shopping zone in the Old Part of Town below the castle as well as promenades at the harbour.
