Description of the house:  

This Finca is surrounded by a paradisiacal garden, kept since many years with very much care. Palm trees, Roses, Hibiscus and very old Baobab trees enframe the pool. Next to the pool is a little waterfall rippling over stones down into the lily pond with gold fishes. Small cacti gardens are setting contrasts. Roses, entwined around an archway, are welcoming you at the entrance.  You can sunbath at the pool absolutely privatly, or enjoy the view over the garden in the comfortable wicker chairs of the covered terrace, or relax in the summer kitchen with a cold drink while the food sizzles on the grill. All the interior rooms have been renovated in Finca-style and have been beautifully equipped. One bedroom and the large bath are on the first floor. All other rooms, as well as the large bedroom with pretty view into the garden and exit to the pool, are on the ground floor. The property is mainly even.

2 bedrooms: 1 upstairs: with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, wooden chest of drawers, mosquito screen at the window, air conditon, view to the garden; 1 downstairs: with double bed, 2 mattresses (2 mtrs. wd. x 2 mtr. lg.), clothing shelf and cristal shelf, mosquito screen at window, with small vestibule with 2 arm chairs and exit to the garden; 2 bathrooms: 1 small showerbath at GF with shower, washbasin and toilet, 1 large bath at FF with large shower, bath, washbasin and toilet; separate kitchen; in front summer kitchen with wooden benches and table, as well as storage room with dishwasher,lg. fridge/freezer beverages, small sink and washmachine; living room with 2 arm chairs and upholstery sofa, and dining area with glas table and 5 chairs; adjoining the roofed terrace with comfortable wicker sofa and chairs; pool 5,50 x 10 mtrs. with roman stairs and 2 sidebenches on the other side; outside shower; sun terrace at the pool; large garden, parking on the enclosed property.

Gashob with 4 rings and electric oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine, toaster, 2 refrigerators, waterkettle, washmachine, iron and ironing board, SAT-TV Astra only german channels, stereo radio with CD-player, central heating, summer kitchen with BBC, portable small cooker with 2 rings, stone counter and sink. Wicker furniture at the covered terrace, 3 sunbeds, 2 sunshades. Air condition in bedroom first floor.

Other things:

Suitable for seniors and children,  no pets allowed.

The driveway to the Finca is used by the owner also, who lives on the adjoining property (the  Finca is absolutly private and protected from view). 

A power line runs over the property, at the end of the summer kitchen a power pole is installed (no high voltage). 

Environment:

The finca is outside of town in a sideroad, mainly used by residents. The pebbly beach of Altea is approx. 2 km distant, many cafes and restaurants invite you to pause along the beach promenade. To Altea centre it is approx. 1 km distance, there you will find many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. In Altea there are also galeries, arts and crafts and concerts. The pebbly beach of Albir is at about 6 km distance. To the large, well kept, sandy beaches of Benidorm with beach promenade and a wide varity of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops it is only approx. 13 km, however Benidorm is calling with many funparks as Mundomar - sea animals - and Terra Mitica, a fantasic antic theme park.

Altea is very sunny, and in winter generally 3 degrees warmer than Denia/Javea/Moraira.
