Description of the house:    

This finca offers you the extraordinary charme of the Costa Blanca - mountains and the sea. In the front you are looking at the sea and the medieval castle of Denia, in the back you have the pure nature of the Montgo mountain. The large pool also has a shallow part, which invites you to relax in the warm water. At the pool you have an outside shower, washbasin and sep. toilet; on the the other side of the pool a roofed terrace with barbecue, sink, wooden table with 4 chairs and a stone bench are perfect for long summer nights. In the back of the Finca uprises the beautiful massif of the Montgo and the Montgo Natural Park serves as a natural border of the large property. 

The finca is set in the nature reserve of the Montgo parque and the plot is kept in "natural condition" there is no garden.

Layout of the rooms:

2 bedrooms: 1 with twin beds and closet, 1 with small double bed 1,35 x 1,90 mtr., closet and side board, both with mosquito nets in front of the window; 1 bath  with shower, double washbasin; separate  living room with sofa and 2 upholstery armchairs, separate, large kitchen with dining area and exit to a little terrace with second dining area. roofed over area at the pool with BBC and garden furniture, kidney shaped pool, approx. 15 x 6 mtr. with shallow part and on the other end up to approx. 2,40 mtrs. deep; outside shower and toilet; around the house you have a few, small terraces in the shade and in the sun. 2 parking places in lay-by next to the entrance, not enclosed. The Finca is fenced in at the entrance towards the seaside, at the pool protected through a stone wall, at the mountain side the Montgo Natural Park serves as a natural border of the very large property.

Environment:

The house is situated on a small service road at the the Montgo national park (you have only 1 direct neighbour, who has no view to the property). In approx. 4 Min distance by car at a little chapel, starts the hiking trail to the mountain top of the Montgo. 3 restaurants are about 1,5 km distant. The centre of Denia with the large supermarket Mercadona is about 2,5 km distant. Around the corner the large "monday market" is held. The harbour with fishmarket and a promenade with restaurants is approx. 4 km distant; to both sides of it broad, sandy beaches are stretching. Denia offers a large choice of restaurants, shops and watersports. The castle is iluminated in summer nights and the view from up there is breathtaking.
