The house built in 2001 lays within the residencial aerea "Cumbre del sol", above the city of Moraira and Benitachell with amazing far vistas over the mediterranean sea. On the magnific beach with small pebbles and aereas with fine sand nude bathing is allowed. The garden is in terraces and stairs are leading down to the pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms with bathroom and dining and living area with kitchen and balcony. Through the inside stairway you reach the master bedroom, with bath en suite, with exit to balcony and pool. All the rooms are igually decorated with pine wood furnitures. Environment:

The urbanisation „Cumbre del Sol“ is situated 3 km above from Benitachell – exactly between Javea and Moraira at a steep coast. You have 2 little malls with supermarket,restaurant, bank, pharmacy there. In Benitatchell you have all facilities. To the private beach of the urbanisation it is ca. 2 km - 5 Min. by car and there it is allowed to swim and suntan naked. From Cumbre del Sol there are hiking trails to the bays of Javea and Moraira.  The broad, new street to the urbanisation is breathtaking with wide vistas over the mountains on the coastline. You reach the beaches of Moraira and El Portet by car in 10 Min. To the Playa Arenal in Javea you need about 15 Min. by car.
