Description of the house:   

This modern house has been finished in 2002 and is permanently very well kept by a care taker and offers a wonderful panoramic view from the Penon de Ifach as far as Benidorm.  All rooms have large, floored windows and fascinate with the view to the deep blue sea. The house is divided into a large flat on two levels and a large studio. The flat has dining room, american kitchen and guest toilet on the upper level with a balcony, a short staircase brings you down to the living room with leather sofas and exit to the pool terrace, next to the living room are the two bedrooms and the large bath. Both bedrooms are facing the pool terrace - at night you see the lights of Altea and Benidorm glitter; in the mornings you wake up with view to sailboats and into the endless blue.  Next to the pool terrace  a pretty, little garden with lawn and palm trees invites you to relax. The tab water is preprocessed with a decalcification and suitable for cooking.

Layout of the rooms:

Flat: 120 sqm living space,  2 bedrooms: 1 with large double bed, 1 with bunk bed (below double bed 1,40 wide, on the top single bed) both rooms with large built-in closets and floored windows - one side of each protecte with mosquito door; 1 large bath with shower, toilet and double wash basin, guest toilet, living room with leather sofas and coffee table, separate dining room with modern table made of wood and 6 colorful plastic chairs, with adjoining, american style kitchen; in front of every level there is a balcony or terrace with 180 degree panoramic view, pool 4 x 9 rectangular with roman stairs, 1,50 - 1,80 mtrs. deep, outside warmwater shower, a parkdeck for 2 cars - secured with a strong chain. 

The Studio with 50 sqm living space is one large room with fully equipped kitchenette, electric hob with 4 rings and oven, fridge, coffeemachine, electric kettle, dining table with 4 chairs, leather sofa and arm chair, SAT-TV with German channels, the two single beds are a little separate in a corner, large closet, extra bathroom with shower, central heating.

Central heating in all rooms, closed fireplace in the living room.

Other things:

Suitable for seniors and children (with toddlers be aware of several stairs on 2 levels); the villa is built on a hillside on 3 levels with the pool terrace.

No pets allowed. 

From 6  persons the flat and the studio are let together.

For up to 5 persons you can also let the flat alone; during your letting the studio will not be let to anyone else. You are alone on the property.

With VillaUrlisa ou have booked the "All Around - Carefree package":                                     

you will be picked up and brought back to the airport Valencia or Alicante and a  7 seater "4 x 4" SUV Hunday Galopper from 1999 can be used during your stay (drivers: 25 years old and 3 years drivers license). 

A contact person / care taker, who is familar with the place will be at site. Excursions if desired (charges on a time and effort basis ) f. s. mountain hikes, excursions with the motorboat. 

Environment:

Residential area with villas and apartments houses on the hill-slope above Altea with 180 degree panoramic view over the sea. You can hear the soft buzzing of the approx. 500 metres lower motorway on the terraces. The pebbly beach of Altea is about 3 km distant, the harbour of Altea about 1,8 km. The lively Calpe with large sandy beaches and sea promenades is approx.  7 km distant, golf course of Altea approx. 3 km, tennis court nearby; at the 500 metres distant Hotel Melia you will find a little supermarket, bar, restaurant and also the Hotelbar and -restaurant, at the harbour there are several restaurants and shops, at the approx. 3,5 km distant Altea you will find a great selection of restaurants and shops, as well as galeries, arts & crafts and concerts.
