Description of the house:  

The house is situated on the quiet side of the Urbanisation „Cumbre del Sol“ above from Moraira and Benitachell in southern direction with wonderful, far vista of the sea. At the pictuersque beach with partly fine pebbles and partly sand it is allowed to suntan nude. The house is built on a hillside and is surrounded by stairs and terraces. All the rooms of the house are on one level, a hallway leads to all rooms. The pool is on the upper end of the property and it has the nicest seaview. The pool is especially delightful with 5 water fountains (4 at the corners, 1 in the middle). The BBC is build-in at the table and you can eat and relax. Supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.

The tower on the property remains locked, it can't be accessed.

All 3 bedrooms and both baths have mosquito screens and grill. The liv.room windows are high above the ground without grill.

Suitable for seniors and children.  Pets in single cases upon agreement, with liability insurance.

Please take note, that this house is a non-smoker-house. At the terraces it is allowed to smoke.

Environment:

The urbanisation „Cumbre del Sol“ is situated 3 km above from Benitatchell – exactly between Javea and Moraira at a steep coast. Supermarket, restaurant with large pool, bar, bank and pharmacy are only approx. 300 mtrs. distant. In Benitatchell you have all shopping facilities. To the beach (partly sandy, partly pebbly) it is about 2 kms - with little beach cafe, at this beach it is allowed to swim and suntan naked. From the Cumbre del Sol there are several hiking trails to bays in Javea and Moraira. The broad, new street to the urbanisation is breathtaking with wide vistas over the mountains on the coastline. You reach the beaches of Moraira and El Portet by car in 15 Min. To the sandy beach Playa Arenal in Javea you need about 15 Min. by car.
