We from CostaBlanca Sunnyholidays Inc., Reg. 3909634, Delaware, USA, are a professionell team and since 2001 we mediate private villas (self catering) on behalf of the owners. Contract partners are you and the owner of the property.

You will pay a non-reccuring processing fee of 40 €.

We personally know all houses and we do visit all properties once a year. Therefore we can provide help and advice to find the house most suitable for you. We handle the letting competent and reliable for you and the owners and we work together closely with the owners, who are living in their villas part of the year.

We are not liable for the condition of the properties or other disturbing factors outside the property. -
