CostaBlanca Sunnyholidays is trying to put together all the information very carefully.

However, we will not be liable for the correctness and completeness of the information.

We from CostaBlanca Sunnyholidays Inc., Reg. 3909634, Delaware, are a professionell team and since 2001 we mediate private villas (self catering) on behalf of the owners. Contract partners are you and the owner of the property.

We personally know all houses and we do check the quality of the properties at least once a year. Therefore we can provide help and advice to find the house most suitable for you. We handle the letting competent and reliable for you and the owners and we work together closely with the owners, who are living in their villas part of the year. You will pay a non-reccuring processing fee of 35 €.

We are not liable for the condition of the properties or other disturbing factors outside the property.

We are living in Spain, have our office in Benissa/Alicante and therefore know the area very well.
